In the dealership system, all dealers are interconnected.
In other words, if the sales representative has a sale with a 3% discount, he has to go to his upper dealer.
The top dealer notifies the company of the order within its own discount. Sales representative 3% + top dealer 2%, if any, order is created by uploading their own discounts at other dealers, the free right here is given to the person or company from which the order was born.
The customer discount rates of the dealers are 5%. Reflecting this discount rate to the customer is entirely at the discretion of the dealer.

The dealer is the owner of all orders belonging to the region it is affiliated with.

Francheise price is 450,000 or 3 houses are required to be purchased.
1 t1 plus 42m2 free house will be given for sale of 10 units.
